A School Improvement Team is a group of people, who develops a plan to enhance student achievement. It is a shared process that includes people such as administrators, teachers, staff, students, community members, and parents, who sincerely care about all the students in our school and want to help them to succeed. The compact for learning is our guide to improve student performance.
The School Improvement Team meets once a month. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend these meetings. The SIT is comprised of various committees who share the goal of improving our school. An interested person may decide to attend a particular committee's meetings and not attend the SIT meetings, or they may wish to attend both the committee's meetings and the SIT meetings. Any and all participation is welcome and needed!
