Employees Retirement System of RI

Employees Retirement System of RI (ERSRI) is the pension plan that all teachers and long term substitutes pay into for their retirement.  If you have recently changed your address or changed your name then you will need to download one or both of the forms below and send them to the Payroll Clerk in the Administration Building so they can be processed by ERSRI.

If you have moved, changed your name or would like to change your withholding amounts for your Federal and State taxes you may download one of the payroll forms below.  Once you have printed these forms you may send them to Susan Cucca the Payroll Clerk for processing.

By clicking on the W-4 Tax Withholding Calculator link you will be directed to the IRS website and this link will help employees ensure they do not have too much or too little income tax withheld from their pay.  Most will find this more accurate and easier to use than the worksheets that accompany Form W-4.  You may use the results of this progra to help you complete a new Form W-4.
