1)  Q How long does it take a Purchase Order to get to a vendor?
A
When a Purchase Order is received in the Business Office it is stamped on the back with the date. From there, it gets signed by the Director of Administration and the Superintendent, which can take up to a week, depending on their schedules. After that, it's usually a few more days to get the P.O. entered into the system and into the mail. We try very hard to get the P.O.'s processed quickly.
2)  Q Why hasn't my Purchase Order been sent out yet?
A
One reason may be that the incorrect account number is on the P.O. If you have any questions about account numbers, please call the Business Office.
