Answers
1)  Q Do I need to submit a national background check (BCI) with my teacher application packet?
A
Only applicants, who have received a written conditional offer of employment, are required to submit a national BCI. This includes all staff except for bus monitors and custodians.
2)  Q What documentation do I need to submit to apply for a position?

Copy of Teacher Certificate
College Transcripts
3 Letters of Recommendation
Praxis Test Scores
Resume

Additional requirements if hired:
TB Test Results (PPD)
Proof of Immunization to measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)
National Background Check (BCI)

A
Candidates are interviewed prior to being placed on the substitute teacher list. Interviews are held several times throughout the school year as needed.
