John F. Deering Middle School - Educational Grants Program

Each year the John F. Deering Middle School PTO allocates its fundraising money to be used for educational grants to support the faculty in providing special supplies and educational opportunities at Deering Middle School. The intent is to allocate the funds to multiple projects for the school year.  Educational grant funds awarded will be placed into an account for expeduture during the current school year.  All requests must be submitted online.
The proposed subject should benefit a significant number of students within a specific class, grade or subject area.  It should provide benefits not otherwise funded by the West Warwick Public School Department or other school funds. Projects may be submitted individually or by teams of Deering teachers or staff. The PTO may partially or fully fund as well as deny any proposal.
