Aspen & Chromebook Help
If your student is having issues with their Chromebook or Aspen please contact their school to submit a helpdesk ticket. The secretary in the school will submit a helpdesk ticket for a Chromebook related issue. If the issue is related to the Aspen Parent Portal they will assist you while you're on the phone. If they are unable to assist you they will submit a helpdesk ticket on your behalf. Someone from the IT department will contact you to assist you with your issue.
