Kindergarten Registration

West Warwick Public Schools is now taking registrations directly in Aspen

Please follow the steps below to complete a Kindergarten Registration

Students must be Age 5 by September 1

1. (Must be done on a computer, not a mobile device) Use your Aspen account to access our online registration (if you do not have a student enrolled in the system already, you will need to create your Aspen account using these print or video instructions).

2. Fill out the online registration workflow form in Aspen using these print or video instructions.

3. Upon submission of your online registration, you will receive an email with a link to make an appointment for a face-to-face meeting with our registrar - if you did not submit the required documents (birth certificate, lease or mortgage agreement, license, immunizations, physical, etc.) in the  Aspen workflow, please bring them with you to the appointment.

4. If you do not receive an automated email with a link to make an appointment within 24 hours, please contact the registrar at 615-5214.
