Aspen & Chromebook Help
Login Issue with Aspen Family Portal: This includes new account requests, password issues, or being locked out of your family portal account. Call your student’s school and speak with a secretary. They will assist you with a password reset. If they are unable to help, they will create a HelpDesk ticket and someone from IT will assist you with your issue.
Chromebook Issue: This includes both hardware issues, connection issues, or application issues. In some cases, the IT department may try to correct the issue remotely. Call your student’s school. The secretary will create a Helpdesk ticket to resolve the issue. The Chromebook will need to be dropped off at Quinn School after the ticket has been created. The guardian will be contacted to pick-up the Chromebook at Quinn School.
If you need to call your student’s school, please use one of the numbers below. Call the school and speak with a secretary in the school.

Once the Helpdesk receives your request for Chromebook assistance, we will do the following:
The Helpdesk will review the ticket and determine whether or not the Chromebook needs to be serviced by a technician or whether or not we can service the Chromebook remotely.
If we can service the Chromebook remotely, a technician will contact the parent to set up a time to service the Chromebook remotely. We need someone to turn on the Chromebook, accept an invitation from the technician to remotely access the Chromebook. It’s possible that a Helpdesk technician will contact the student, parent, or guardian using the Google Chat feature to service the Chromebook remotely.
We appreciate everyone’s patience as we try to handle the tremendous amount of helpdesk tickets that we receive on a daily basis.
