WWPS Registration

Registration for all students attending school in grades Early Intervention PK or 1-12 during this school year.  Students enrolling in Grade 1 for a given school year must be 6 years old on or before September 1 of that school year.

• Registration must be done on a computer, not on a mobile device. Use your Aspen account to access our online registration (if you do not have a student enrolled in the system already, you will need to create your Aspen account using these print or video instructions).

• Fill out the online registration workflow form in Aspen using these print or video instructions.

• Upon submission of your online registration, you will receive an email with a link to make an appointment for a face-to-face meeting with our registrar - if you did not submit the required documents (birth certificate, lease or mortgage agreement, license, immunizations, physical, etc. in the  Aspen workflow, please bring them with you to the appointment.

• If you do not receive an automated email with a link to make an appointment within 24 hours, please contact the registrar at 615-5214.
